The beginning of Redi Milk began with on old Bedford truck on its last legs, 15 customers, and a family with a dream, courage and fight to make something special happen.
Strong values had been set, extra care was given that had never been seen before from a ‘milkman’. Milk, that was easy, but we wanted to sell more than just milk. Juices, alternative plant based products, coffee, cups, biodegradable straws, kombucha, cheese, margarine, butter, water, eggs, yoghurts, smallgoods, health drinks, the premium and carefully sought product base continues …
From these humble beginnings back in 1990, the one Redi Milk Truck has now become a 20 strong vehicle fleet servicing throughout Victoria.
The Product range kept growing, the size of our operation meant a move out of our first office was in desperate need.
The only Purpose Built Milk and Food Distribution Centre of its type in Metropolitan Melbourne was realized in 2001. Caring for our environment is important, our distribution centre has been developed with Feng Shui principles.
Hallam is the home of the Redi Milk operation, which prides itself on quality of service and attention to detail. We now also incorporate wholesale trade and are strengthening our food distribution business segment.
