REFUNDS/RETURNS
Credit will NOT be issue for Change of mind. A full credit or exchange will be provided for damaged or incorrect goods supplied. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods supplied are required to be made within 24 hours of delivery with associated pictures/proof of claim. Please contact our office on (03) 9702 4262 to discuss any returns.
DELIVERIES
All orders will incur a fuel levy surcharge subject to change.
ORDERS
Orders to be placed by 2.30pm day before Monday – Friday. Deliveries will be made on allocated delivery days only.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change dependent upon market impacts and supplier increases.
